Arrival

Arrival is possible from 3 pm. Guests are kindly requested to inform them of their arrival time in advance. Late arrivals are possible by arrangement.

Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid ID card or passport and to fill out a registration form.

The guest is responsible for safe storage of key cards and cellar as well as terrace door keys. The guest assumes responsibility for the use of the keys received and bears the consequences resulting from loss.


Departure

Departure must be by 11. 00 a. m.

Upon departure, all keys and key cards must be returned to the hotel. If these are not returned, the costs incurred to restore security will be invoiced to the guest.

When the reception is closed, guests are asked to put all received keys in the mailbox next to the key safe (at the pavilion).

Guests are asked to turn off all lights and electrical appliances and close all windows or patio doors. The guest is liable for damages or losses of the hotel caused by open terrace doors.


Firefall

In the event of a fire, all guests are asked to adhere to the fire protection plan. The plan can be found in each apartment at the entrance door.

The fire alarm is a loud beep. If this sounds, you have to leave the hotel by the fastest route. In this case, only the staircases and emergency staircases may be used, under no circumstances the lifts. The emergency exits are marked accordingly.


Electrical appliance

The use of electrical equipment outside the phone, computer, game console must be agreed with the reception in advance. Only after consultation is the use of frying and air conditioning equipment permitted.


Vehicles

When driving in the parking lot, you have to keep to your walking speed.

Vehicles may not be washed on the property. Carrying out oil changes and repairs is prohibited.

It is not allowed to park bicycles in the apartment, on balconies or terraces or in the corridors. A cellar room can be rented to store the bicycle. Please contact us.


Pets

Pets are allowed only after agreement with the hotel and additional costs (please refer to our service catalogue). In the case of pets, care must be taken to ensure that they are not unattended in outdoor areas, stairwells or other communal facilities. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.

Any impurities, especially dog droppings and animal hair, must be removed immediately by the pet owner in the hotel.


Inventary

The guest is obliged to treat apartment and inventory carefully and carefully.

The apartment must be returned in a proper condition.

To ensure a uniform image of the aparthotel, it is forbidden to place flower boxes on individual balconies.


Children

The play needs of children must of course be taken into account. For safety reasons, they shall not be unattended in the basement or similar community facilities.


Noise

Each guest is responsible for avoiding avoidable noise in the apartment, in the houses and on the property. Special consideration should be given in the period from 13. 00 to 15. 00 and between 22. 00 and 6. 00. Radios, TV, CD player, etc. must be adjusted to room volume.

Playing instruments is prohibited during the lunch break from 13. 00 to 15. 00 and between 20. 00 and 8. 00. At other times, music may not be played for more than 1. 5 hours a day.


Venting

The apartment is also sufficiently ventilated in the cold season. This is done by opening the windows at short notice, but sufficiently.


Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all houses of the aparthotel. In case of violation we charge a cleaning fee of 350,00 €.


Cleaning

The houses and the property are to be kept in a clean condition.

The garbage generated in the apartment may only be disposed of in the designated garbage bins at the parking lot. Hazardous waste and bulky material do not belong in these containers. They are to be disposed of separately according to the statutes of the city.

We ask you not to throw towels and tampons in the toilets, as this may lead to clogging of the pipe systems. We expressly reserve the right to claim damages should this instruction be disregarded and our company suffer damage as a result.


Safety

From a security point of view, the front doors and the doors of the Community establishments shall be kept closed at all times.

Entrances, stairs and corridors must be kept clear as escape routes. This does not include the parking of strollers, walking aids and wheelchairs, as long as this does not obstruct escape routes and unreasonably impede other guests.

In case of defects, the hotel staff must be notified.

Staircase windows and emergency exit doors must be kept closed during the cold season.

The storage and use of flammable, easily flammable and odour-causing substances in the apartments is prohibited.


Loss of the room card

If the room card is lost, the landlord must be informed immediately. In case of culpable loss of the keys by the tenant or one of his participants and call our emergency service (20h-8h), a handling fee of 50,00€ will be charged.


Washing / drying / ironing

In the cellars of house 1 and house 2 are our washrooms with washing machines, dryers, irons and ironing boards. Guests are welcome to use the equipment for a fee.

Drying of laundry on balconies and terraces is not allowed. If laundry is dried in the apartment is to ensure adequate ventilation.
