Are allowed with us by appointment. Per pet we charge 100,00€ for the increased cleaning costs. Please contact our staff at reception.

Our housekeeping team is available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 14:00. If you need a cleaning at a certain time, please let us know.

Please do not smoke in our apartments. We want every guest to feel comfortable with us, always and at any time. Smoking is welcome on the terrace. If you do not have an ashtray handy, please contact us. We would be happy to provide you with one.

Please remember, the extra cost of the special cleaning fee of 350,00 Euro will be charged in any case if you smoke in the apartment.

Your apartment is usually cleaned every 14 days. We therefore ask you to pay attention to cleanliness in your own interest.

Please take your garbage, especially before the weekend or extended absences, to the garbage bins provided to prevent unpleasant odours and germs spreading. The garbage can is located in the parking lot.

The aparthotel is heated with a modern geothermal system (geothermal) via underfloor heating. It is characterized by sustainability and energy efficiency and is also used for “passive cooling” in summer. This reduces the room temperature in summer by approx. 2-3 degrees without the need for additional energy. This is not a classic air conditioner.

To ensure optimal heating of your apartment, please note the following:

Switch position on the right = heating mode
Switch position center = Off
Switch position on the left = Cooling

The “inertia” of underfloor heating leads to changes in the set room temperature occurring in the room after 12-24 hours at the earliest.
Switching between heating and cooling requires that the switch has already taken place in the technical centre. Only the function that is activated in the technical centre can be used at all times in the apartments. This depends on the outside temperature.

The maximum room temperature to be reached always depends on the supplied supply temperature from the central heating unit. This is designed according to the standard for a constant room temperature of 21 degrees , depending on the current outside temperature.
